Proud Father on daughter's Graduation Day

Well, whose a clever boy, then? . . . . . . having a really clever girl who has graduated for a second time in two years - this time her Post Graduate Certificate of Education.

And . . . . she starts her new job in September in a very good primary school, teaching 5-11 year olds.

If you are looking in my princess, your mum and I are so very proud of you. A big well done and a huge cuddle from us both.

I'm taking a few days off for a small break - I have a few non-blogging items requiring attention but I will be back soon.

  16. Your daughter is lovely, Eddie. Having been a ginger myself, I've always found red-headed women especially beautiful. Of course, I'm as old as you, which means I'm old enough to be her dad, so I'll just congratulate her (and you) on graduation and leave it at that!

    CONGRATULATIONS!

  20. Congratulations to your darling girl (and to you!) on a job well done and a promising future. Teaching is so rewarding. It's speaks volumes of how much you invested in being wonderful parents. Terrific kids rarely happen by accident. What a delightful outcome, Eddie!

  22. Eddie...you are such a nice guy. How do I know that. Well, your comments to me give you away.
You are a super guy...a talented writer, and a heckofa husband and father.
Is 'heckofa' a crossover term, as well?
I don't know what kind of ambulance driver you are, but if my suspicions are correct, you maneuver the ambulance quite well. I don't want to find out first hand, mind you. :))
Many smiles to you, Eddie. I wouldn't miss a chance to visit your blog...ever.

    You make me blush!
I am highly flattered by your lovely comments - you may have the top of my egg anytime!
Hechofa is a perfectly respecrable and accepted word in little old England but you need not be afraid of us any more because you kicked us out and can now do your own thing and say things how you like to say them! LOL
As for my ambulance skills - I can maneuver them OK but do not drive on A&E work using sirens and flashing lights - I do Patient transport and as I keep saying I am getting some stories together for the blog.
As for you, you are a breath of fresh air and it is a pleasure to have people like you in blogland and to have you as a friend. God bless ~ Eddie x
